What do most intuitives, creatives & neurospicy rebels have in common?

A sensitive nervous system.

Creativity often goes hand in hand with a highly sensitive nervous system— finely attuned to subtle details, patterns, and sensations that others might miss. This sensitivity is a double-edged sword: it allows for extraordinary innovation and insight but also makes creatives more vulnerable to overwhelm and overstimulation.

supporting the creative nervous system.

For creatives, balance and flow rest on three essentials: authenticity, meaningful connection, and mind-body awareness.

These needs are deeply linked. Authentic expression fuels unique ideas, but without connection, it can feel isolating. Flow arises when the body’s rhythms anchor clarity and creativity, yet the pace of modern work often overlooks this.

We need spaces where these principles merge—letting the creative nervous system thrive.

the myth of normal.

Creative minds often see the world differently—spotting unique connections, feeling deeply, and processing in ways that may clash with traditional work structures. While these traits fuel innovation, they can also lead to challenges like burnout and depression in conventional environments.

There’s been a noticeable rise in neurodiversity diagnoses, particularly in creative industries. In 2024, 70% of professionals in media, marketing, and similar fields reported burnout. It’s a clear sign that the way business is typically done might work for some, but it’s far from healthy for everyone.

post hustle culture.

It’s clear we need a shift in how we operate  —creating environments that support neurodiversity, foster co-regulation, and help creative talent thrive. This means embracing individual well-being, learning to listen to the body’s inner signals, and making space for those insights even in office environments.

When businesses and creative entrepreneurs move beyond the “work hard, play hard” mindset, they can pave the way for real systemic change. My aim is to bring the body into our work, allowing a healthier, more sustainable approach to creative work.

By cultivating an ecosystem that honors the synergy of mind, body, and belonging, we can foster a balanced central nervous system where creativity thrives.

the workshop.

My workshops are an invitation to step out of the rational mind, into the body and its intuitive wisdom, and meet each other in our humanness. Embodied Creativity is rooted in the somatic approach -  an evidence-based approach to body-focused mindfulness and nervous system regulation. When our bodies feel safe and supported, true innovation and creative flow can emerge.

authenticity.

Authentic expression challenges the idea of "normal," celebrating the unique ways we process, function, and create. It nurtures an ecosystem of diverse perspectives.

Embodiment highlights the link between the nervous system and our felt experience. Through body-awareness practices, we cultivate presence and intuitive insight.

meet Lotti, your facilitator.

In my early twenties, I was hustling in the fast-paced world of a startup, feeling like I was on top of everything—until I wasn’t. Chronic conditions, anxiety, and sleepless nights crept in, quietly stealing my energy and joy. It wasn’t until a breakdown forced me to pause that I realised how deeply I was disconnected from myself.

In my search for healing, I studied Hawaiian Bodywork and dove into somatic practices that began to transform my life. Almost a decade later, my lived experience gives me a unique perspective as a musician, creative entrepreneur, and bodyworker, helping others reconnect with their bodies, and foster environments that truly support human well-being & creativity.
