Lotti’s practice embodies such genuine empathy, kindness, and incredible understanding for the mind-body connection. I’m so lucky to have found Musebody and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

soma sessions | online

Creative and highly sensitive minds often carry a particular intensity of perception and experience. In a culture that often rewards output over depth, this sensitivity can feel like a burden.

My online sessions dedicated to supporting you in building a steadier, more compassionate relationship with your body.  Deepen the dialogue with your SOMA - your bodymind, explore inner conflicts, and build the foundations for creative flow that is rooted in integrity.

huna bodywork

Traditionally, Kahuna (Hawaiian Bodywork) was used during rites of passage, going beyond physical treatment. These sessions offer nervous system balance, emotional release, and energetic alignment, supporting you through life’s transitions.

From immersive full-body treatments to subtle energetic work, each session is uniquely attuned to the layers of you.

*In 2026, sessions will be available exclusively in Europe and NOT in Melbourne *

"In my early twenties, I chased success in the fast-paced world of startups and international markets while chronic pain, anxiety, and insomnia crept in. Burnout brought everything to a halt. Through mindfulness, Hawaiian Bodywork, and other somatic practices. I found my way back into my body and reconnected with my creative flow."

my
story

I grew up believing the mind should rule the body. That success meant discipline, toughness, pushing through. Over time, my body told a different story: chronic pain, low immunity, insomnia, panic attacks, binge eating, digestive issues, recurring infections. By the time I had completed my bachelor’s degree and entered full time work, I burnt out. My system had collapsed. The life I had carefully constructed through willpower fell apart, forcing me to question everything. Not willing to accept a life defined by symptoms and survival mode, curiosity moved me forward. I kept learning, exploring, and experimenting. Pilates. Mindfulness. Hawaiian Bodywork. Nervous system education. Energy Work. Neuroscience. I moved from conventional approaches, to alternative practices, and integrative perspectives. My path was rarely linear, and often unconventional.

Exploring discomfort in my body often led me to unintegrated parts of myself. As I became more skilled in listening and feeling, my creative expression, and sense of vitality expanded alongside it. I picked up playing the piano after over a decade of silence, rediscovered my singing voice and learnt to transmute emotional experiences through the art of improvisation (somatic channelling). Embodiment has become inseparable from how I live and create.

Living across countries and cultures taught me the challenges of new beginnings, shifting identities and beliefs, and the strain of hyper-independence. I often find myself working with people during periods of transition, expansion, or reorientation. These phases can feel destabilising, but they also hold enormous potential.

Across the years, one theme kept returning: Aliveness. When I developed a more nuanced relationship with my body, creativity, and inner world, my sense of coherence changed. My own path shapes how I work: creating a grounded, human space to reconnect with your body, creativity, and aliveness.

my body is my muse.

Creating means feeling, being alive and surrendering to the muse - the body.

Attunement and intention guide my work, shaping both my art and my somatic practice. Flow is embodied presence.
