You can work with me privately to support your creative process and nervous system. My space invites artists, creatives, and any self-directed human whose work and inner life are deeply intertwined.

I walk with you through times of transition, life changes, periods of integration, or the preparation and launch of new projects.

from my story to yours.

I offer this work for two reasons.

First, because I would have deeply valued this kind of support during key turning points in my own life. When I felt confused, paralysed, or at my limit, I longed for someone who could meet me as a whole human instead of trying to fit me into a label. Over time, I learned that burnout can be a turning point, that slowing down and supporting the body fuels creativity, and that even the best of us need to be held sometimes. This is the kind of space I offer in my sessions.

 

Second, because I don’t align with systems that treat people like commodities. I believe in ways of living and working that respect our sensitivity, creativity, and complexity. Many of the things we struggle with are not just personal but shaped by culture, conditioning, and our disconnection from the world around us.

Blending  somatic and mindfulness-based exploration, my sessions create space to slow down, build a more honest relationship with your body, and cultivate inner coherence when life feels demanding or fragmented.

Whether you want to loosen the grip after years of pushing through or need supportive structure to complete projects, this work nurtures your

Our work together consists of two parts: a live session and an integration process.

A mix of somatic practice and conversational exploration, diving into patterns, personal/creative challenges, and tools that support your mind-body connection. 

50% integration


Walk away from our session with key insights, practices, and resources to continue at home. Check-ins after our session support your process and accountability.
